We were recently contacted by a company that was scammed out of USD 250,000 by Max through a private jet deal.
The company that was dealing with the victim is called Mothercity Capital (mothercitycapital.com)
After a closer look at Mothercity Capital a few red flags
- Their entire team photos are AI generated
- Mother City is the nickname for Cape Town, a city Max has lived in.
- All three addresses on their "Contact Us" page are co-working offices with company creation/mail box services.
- They deal in private jets and yachts, two areas Max has experience with.
- Mothercity Capital doesn't exist on LinkedIn and none of their team members either.

He briefly re-appeared under a company called "Souther Ocean Ltd" with an address in Manchester, UK.
Using Google Street View, the company address is some dodgy mailbox business.
He is listed as having been employed there for a year, but one of his m.o. is to create companies, register as an employee, and then resign and collect unemployment.
Is Max in Los Angeles?
We were recently alerted by someone that Max was in Los Angeles and flying privately, though hiring more experienced pilots than him. On his maxhussmann.co website, he lists the following number +1 310 866 5855.
Anyone with information about this let us know.

Another place he re-appeared in, at least online, is Sao Paolo, where he lived before.
The company there is MH Language and Coaching Solutions.
